PeaceWomen Across the Globe helps to strengthen networking between women peacebuilders, to support their commitment and to make their peace work visible. With common projects, the interchange of experience and the extensive accumulation of knowledge, PeaceWomen Across the Globe contributes to the increase in recognition of women’s peacework, to giving it appropriate value and attention.

• to make PeaceWomen and their work for peace and justice visible throughout the world,
• to increase the use of experiences of PeaceWomen for peace processes at all levels in order to strengthen their participation and power of decision,
• to develop, together with PeaceWomen, projects for a sustainable perspective of peace,
• to strengthen the peace work of women through specific regional or thematic networking,
• to make PeaceWomen’s understanding of peace worldwide known in public, media, educational institutions and international organizations,
• to launch solidarity campaigns for PeaceWomen who are in danger or persecuted because of their peace work.
