| Geneva Call was founded in 2000 by Elisabeth Decrey, PeaceWoman from Switzerland and board member of PeaceWomen Across the Globe. Addtionally, she is the president of Geneval Call. Geneva Call is a neutral and impartial humanitarian organization dedicated to engaging armed non-State actors towards compliance with the norms of international humanitarian law and human rights law.
