Board
International Board
PeaceWomen Across the Globe is a non-profit organisation based on the initiative "1000 Women for the Nobel Peace Prize"
The International Board is responsible for the strategic management of PeaceWomen Across the Globe and works closely with the International Office on this area. As a general rule, the Board meets once a year to discuss key topics and strategic planning and to make decisions on these issues. As all of the board members are experts in promoting peace and women and/or gender equality, the annual board meeting also provides an opportunity for them to share their experience and knowledge.
The Swiss Committee, which comprises the board members who live in Switzerland, meets quarterly with the director of the International Office to discuss organisational issues and to make decisions on matters affecting the current year.
